Session 1 – The Core Practice – Mindful Breath

Session 2 – The Mindful Body Scan

Session 3 – Mindful Movement – Gentle Yoga & Mindful Walking

Session 4 – An Experience of Flow

Session Flow

Each session you will be introduced to a Mindfulness practice. We will explore the practice together and share our observations and questions. You will be invited to work with the practice during your week.
